Welcome to Poised Spaces. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any of our virtual staging services. Due to the highly specialized and customized nature of our digital staging solutions, Poised Spaces does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
No Refund Policy
Customized Virtual Staging Services
All virtual staging services provided by Poised Spaces are meticulously customized to meet the unique visual marketing needs of each client. Once a purchase is made and work begins, we are unable to offer any refunds. Our commitment-based models (3, 6, and 12-month packages) require full financial completion as agreed in the service contract.
Commitment Agreements
Clients selecting 3, 6, or 12-month virtual staging packages are legally obligated to fulfill the complete term of their chosen commitment. Early termination does not release the client from financial responsibilities outlined in the original agreement.
Project Adjustments and Modifications
Client Satisfaction
Our team works closely with each client to ensure optimal visual representation of properties. We offer multiple revision opportunities as outlined in each service agreement to meet the client’s expectations within the project scope.
Revision Guidelines
- Initial packages include a specified number of revisions
- Additional modifications beyond the original scope may incur extra fees
- Revisions must be requested within the timeframe specified in the service agreement
Exceptions
Service Performance
In the unlikely event of a technical error or service failure directly attributable to Poised Spaces, we will:
- Provide corrective services
- Offer alternative solutions
- Ensure project completion to agreed standards
These exceptions do not include monetary refunds but focus on service resolution.

By purchasing any virtual staging service from Poised Spaces, you acknowledge that you have:

- Agreed to the full terms of service
- Accepted the non-refundable nature of our specialized digital staging services
- Committed to the financial terms of your selected package
